A man came to give a talk on Bulldog tools in the morning:
- Handmade in Wigan.
- Tools are steel forged. Hard but flexible (Dewit too).
- Ash handle.
- Disadvantage - heavy.
- Lawn spring bok - handmade riveted tines. 
- Flower hoe - small one for between flowers
- Strongest spade, laminate effect on handle. 
- Rubber tined rakes for raking beds not affecting well crumbed soil, driveways & lawn without scratching them.
- Tina knives - walnut & steel forged. Handmade in Germany. Curved blades are for pruning. Rhino horned are for budding (rhino bit to pull back bud). Flats for cuttings. No. 605 is a more general one. 
- Silky saws have been formed by giving electrical shock through blade. 
- 85% of gloves bought by women in UK
- 4x Ethel/ mechanics gloves - strongest, machine washable.
- Men have straps around top of wrist to prevent dust going in.
- Bulldog 1 yr guarantee. Longer guarantee does not mean more quality. 

Continued tidying plants in Herbaceous section to make space for more incoming stock of Hellebores.
