Sweeping up and watering in Glasshouse, butterfly shift for two hours - counting numbers in the Tropical House/ Butterfly Display House every 15 minutes - so the events manager could keep control of how many people were in there at a time, so that it wasn't too overcrowded for safety and for a pleasanter experience (average of 200 people in there at one time - they use to let people in all at once - about 1000), and regulating by keeping count of every 10 people exiting and radioing people at the entrance of display to let them know.
