Cleared leaves from mainly the paths this morning. The oak trees have finished shedding their leaves, so thankfully there is no more replacing any that we have cleared. Then we did a tidy up and a bit of weeding in the Landscaped House. Then me and trainee Tom cleared all the dead where we could and where it was appropriate on the true alpine plants in the Elliott House. Some with live shoots and buds clinging to dead leaves were inseparable especially things like Aster and Silene.
