Nick Morgan gave us an introduction to Glasshouses & Protected Cropping and the history of the Wisley Glasshouse. We looked at turf management & kitchen gardens with Ray Broughton, this included identifying the four main turf grasses and learning more about the main turf weeds. On the latter he shared his personal experience, knowledge and interesting tips on the topic, which will also help us with our allotment project.
