Mowed the Bowles Lyon Rose Garden. Did my first striped circles around the Juglans Nigra, starting from around the tree and then lines outwards.

Used the ride on around the Glass Borders/ Alpine wind break, the strips leading up to the fruit mound and around the nuttery. We had to go out with Hondas again on the Glass Borders. I did the big curved bed with rectangles of beech hedges called the Oak Bank because of big oak present there. It was difficult cutting on a slope sideways. I did it half and half. Really struggled with seeing lines and where I had cut today because of the way the sun shines.

Photo 1: Oak bank in Glasshouse landscape is quite steep for a mower.
Watched Simon for a bit (we were mowing another bit near the back of Glasshouse together), noticed how he went round tree circles two mowers stripe round which make it easier. It was a funny curved shape.  Noticed that it was acceptable that lines didn't match up.
